The NE type bucket elevator is a plate chain bucket elevator, utilizing high-quality alloy steel high-strength plate chains, which are wear-resistant and reliable; the drive part employs a hard-tooth surface reducer. The NE plate chain bucket elevator adopts inflow feeding and gravity-induced discharge.

The NE type bucket elevator is suitable for vertically lifting powdered, granular, and lump materials, and can also handle materials with high abrasiveness. The lifting height can reach about 40m, and the material temperature generally does not exceed 250°C, such as fly ash, cement, crushed stone, coal blocks, slag, and other materials. This machine features smooth and reliable operation, energy efficiency, and environmental protection. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal, hydropower, and other industries.

The NE series plate chain elevator has 11 models: NE15, NE30, NE50, NE150, NE200, NE300, NE400, NE500, NE600, NE800.

Product features of the NE series plate chain bucket elevator:
1. Wide lifting range. The NE type plate chain bucket elevator can lift not only general powdered, granular, and lump materials but also highly abrasive materials. Material temperature ≤250°C.
2. Large conveying capacity. This series of elevators includes multiple specifications from NE15 to NE800. The lifting capacity ranges from 15 to 800 m³/h.
3. Low drive power. These elevators use inflow feeding, gravity-induced discharge, and densely arranged large-capacity buckets for conveyance, with low chain speed and high lifting capacity. During material lifting, there is almost no backflow or digging, resulting in low无效 power consumption, only 70% of that of ring chain elevators.
4. Long service life. The elevator's inflow feeding eliminates the need for bucket digging, minimizing material squeezing and collision. The design ensures no material spillage during feeding, lifting, and discharge, reducing mechanical wear. The conveyor chain uses plate-type high-strength wear-resistant chains, significantly extending service life. Under normal use, the conveyor chain lasts over 5 years.

Ordering instructions for bucket elevator products:

The top of the elevator is equipped with a lifting bracket for maintenance. If the elevator is installed indoors and the top has equipment installation hooks, the top lifting bracket can be canceled upon request during ordering. The upper housing of the elevator has a drive device platform. If the on-site space does not meet the platform size requirements, a non-standard size platform can be configured according to the actual situation, but this should be specified when ordering.

Each NE type bucket elevator generally comes with one intermediate housing section equipped with an inspection door. If the user requires additional intermediate housings with inspection doors or changes to the inspection door opening positions, this should be noted when ordering.

When ordering, please specify the product name, model, material requirements, lifting and conveying capacity requirements, lifting height (such as inlet and outlet heights, center distance between head and tail wheels, bottom to discharge outlet, total equipment height), motor requirements and assembly form, etc. If available, provide the general supply drawing or any other special requirements.
